I have a 2004 T5 2.5 TDi PD. Auto, 130kmiles Camshaft is reported to be worn as well as lots of fuel in the top of the engine, assumed to be injectors as well as the seals.

Done some research and there's been a lot of talk about cracks/scratches in the head, problems with it by the number 3 injector.
Anyone had any experience with this and any advice as to what to do next? :*
Looking at full engine replacement atm, but found a lot with out injectors etc.
do I keep my current engine and change the head/injectors etc or perhaps an upgrade of engine to a better model?
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated..
