has anyone used one of the JVC double DIN units- I'm looking at this one JVC KW-AVX740
amazon for £272.

Look at the Pioneer AVH 3200/3300 BT units, lot better spec than the JVC for the money - JVC ok but Pioneer better than JVC for car audioT:

Well , bitten the bullet, just ordered a AVH-3300BT with a steering wheel remote. £318 with next day delivery
