Does anyone have one (for sale) or know how much they are from VW?

Don't bother paying VW prices mate, go to a scrapyard and get one from a mk4 golf or passat - I got mine for a quid!

Got a Skoda Octavia one of ebay for about £4, identical part - even has a VW mark on it

Yes! Mine came from mk1 caddy from scrappy £2

After watching 4-5 'T5 specific' ones go on ebay for £15-£20, I bought a passat one for £0.99 and it fitted straight on T:
