hi im very new to this so a bit green on this subject. i have some audi TT wheels which are 17x7.5j and i think the et is 32 and was planning on 225 50 17 tyres but the stud pattern's not right so would need some 15mm adapters to get them on.
so the big question is, is it worth getting the adapters to get them on or am i wasting my time?
still not got any answers not through lack of looking but cant seem to find what im looking for, and dont really want to splash out on wheel adapters if the wheels wont fit so if any of you gurus out there could help it would be great.
ps. the wheels are the early tt six spoke alloys if that sheds any more light on it?
Never tried them myself and i'm no expert but i'd imagine you'll have a tad too much poke depending on what suspension you have.
ET32 might be fine without adaptors but add the extra 15mm and you'll be jamming the tyres against the arches on the bumpy bits.
