Has anyone tryed this? Im installing a EEEpc into my van for music and stuff just wondering if I can connect it to a bluetooth radio to play the music as it would mean one less cable to install.

Well going off the spec sheet of a random radio they seem to allow streaming over bluetooth. So should be able to pair up the radio with laptop.

Definetly works. tried it on the parrot bluetooth in my car a couple of months ago. As long as the car bluetooth accepts audio streaming, i.e. plays mp3s from phones. Excellent for films on the laptop.

Any headunit / Carkit with A2DP will stream music from a bluetooth device
