Hi, i have a 98 2.4 lwb kombi, the problem i have is that it does not ride to smoothly over roads and given the slightest bump in the road i get a bang as if the shocks are not there, is this common as i have nothing to compare to? what is the chepest way to solve this? and would this have an affect on the engine mount...i would greatly appreciate any help, Thanks.

I had this problem, got some new jamex springs from ebay for £50. Problem solved

Before you go buying springs from eBay, that won't solve the problem, let's first ascertain the nature of the issue. Is the banging from the front or from the back? Is your van lowered, and if so, by how much?
