I'm just about to buy an 06 caravelle, exec, TDI, auto, 174ph seven seater, 91k on the clock.

It's nice looking,the AA have passed with flying colours, is it worth it at £16995 ?, I've been looking on auto trader and it seems reasonable ?

If it seems 'on the money' with autotrader prices and it has passed the AA inspection I would say go for it.

Remember, a lot of those on autotrader will be lashed together, boxes that are being sold by chancers who will have clocked or bodge repaired them. The vendors know that gullable trusting fools are keen to part with their hard earned cash without any proper checks.

Search the forum and find the chap who bought a clocked vehicle that needed £1600.00 spending on it to make it right - or the other chap who put photos everywhere of his 'bargain' £10,000.00 van that has a 'mileage discrepancy....

Seems reasonable mine same spec £16,995 plus vat a year ago 70k miles well happy with it a year and a half on
