Right iv got new c clamps and friction ring for my 1.9td abl, was wondering if there is a specific way of fitting them as the turbo looks like its in the way on the drivers side. iv got the tool to do it but need to no the best way of doing it

When I did mine i did the passengers side first as it held it together, then struggled underneath with the other...

did mine with a wind out tool, first thing i removed the egr and link pipe. This gives you pretty good access to the passenger side one, i then slide under the drivers door area and reached up from underneath to get the drivers side one.

well i done it and i must say it was one of the most awquard things iv ever done lol, but i got there n i wont be taking it off in a hurry
