Hi All

I am looking for some feedback on my business idea.

The idea is to set up a campervan hire business that hires out smaller campervans (caddy Maxi Life Campervan) to customers, the benefit would be lower hiring costs and refuelling costs compared to the competition.

Please could you take a few minutes o fill out this survey? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately my enthusiasm for your idea isn't great because of the limited space of the vehicles you intend to utilise. If they were a viable option there would be more on the roads already and they're not.
You're limiting your market somewhat, camper vans are an inexpensive means to have a family holiday, and that's not doable in a caddy....

Oh, and furthermore you may find the maintance costs are on a par with all modern Volkswagens..

Am I right in thinking that VW tried to market a Caddy Camper a couple of years ago? I'm sure I saw them in showrooms and on their website, but they are no longer listed on the new website and I can't find any history of them having been for sale or indeed any in the used market, although CMC have one of their own conversions on Auto Trader.
Maybe they were not a good idea!
Update:-
Found it so my memory was not failing after all, but why is this no longer on the latest VW website?
