I took my VW badge off to carbon it this weekend:



The hardest bit was removing the badge from the grill, my fingers still ache!

Looks very nice......... Can you give me some details about the type of film you used and your application method please as I'm toying with the idea of trying it out on some bits and pieces.

I got it off ebay for under £10 for a 600 x 2000 sheet. I have done my dash console, door handles...

Its really easy to use, you just clean the surfaces then stretch it over and apply some heat to set it.

I did cheat too, but still found it really hard to persuade the top three lugs to let go!!!

Have you looked into the rear badge yet? Im not sure I dare try get it off without damaging the paint!
