So having lived with my t5 for less than 200 miles I have quickly realised that there is literally no “useful” cubby space for stuff. I’ve been spoilt with Audi’s for the last ten years plus and they have a place for everything !

So my question is, does anyone know where I can find a centre console which will take my phone, drink, Sunglasses, you know what I mean - stuff 😁

I’ve had a look and everything I’ve seen my teenage son could knock up with a bit of wood and some carpet and I wanted something a bit more swish than that.......

I just bought a Ford C-max centre console (think it was 2005 year) for £20

Fits perfectly between 2 captains seats. currently making a base to lift it to the correct height" looks promising. will post some pictures of progress so far

Loving this - kinda what I was thinking 🤨 much more “swish”

Wonder if you can connect the electric hand brake up.

Really impressed with how that c-max console works (y) .
It would be nice to have something like this but our van is a camper so we need the 'walk through' into the back and it wouldn't work with the swivels either which is a real shame .

As long as the centre console was easily removable you could fit one (y)

console is screed to the wooden base . wooden base is velcroed to the carpet and does not move . Quick detach electrical connector under passenger seat to disconnect power to the console
