Hi

I'm looking for a radio to replace the standard one as I want to be able to get DAB radio. I also have a CD changer that works with the existing unit. I'm also interested in handsfree / bluetooth but mostly I want DAB and my CDs! What do I need to search for to find a replacement?

Suggestions welcome too!

You'll need the same make of headunit as your changer...and hope they still use the same connections.
Possibly better to buy a DAB add on that converts to FM and keep your existing unit.

Most manufactures have their own system for CD changers.
I know my Sony XPlode and the Merc one have totally different conections.

Actually, why not buy a modern unit and stick all your CDs onto a pen-drive (32Gb will hold 400 CDs in MP3 format!!!)

If ever my Sony headunit/CD changer dies, I'll go for a unit with USB input for a pen drive. (and some the space behind my seat where the 10 CD changer lives)

If you want Blue tooth, I assume you have a 'phone that can store music.....
