Anyone know how to access them to replace bulbs?

The blue backlight on my coolant temp gauge isn't working properly - it flickers and makes a sparky sound, so I assume it's just a little bulb that has come loose.

All other blue back lights work, and no problems with the red lights on needles.

I think they're surface mount LED's soldered directly on the printed circuit board.

Removed the dash cluster and yes it seems they are surface mounted LEDs. Anyone know if it's possible to stick a new circuit board in??
