Hi

I ordered new door seals form bluebird customs, all went fine until I fitted the tailgate seal.
The seal is pushed in as far as possible but when I shut the tailgate it doesn't shut properly. It clicks on on latch but there is still a lot of movement when you push the door.
The tailgate shut fine before I put the new seal on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated to help resolve my frustrating problem.

you will have to adjust the bottom catch out slightly to compensate for the new seal

or give the door a good slam

It will probably close easier if you have the sliding door open, to allow trapped air out. It will bed in over time.
