Hi guys, after much struggling I fitted my EGR valve yesterday. I couldn't undo the bolts deep inside the engine bay and fitted it at the top end of the EGR pipe instead. But to do it I had to use a fair bit of brute force to get all the bolts and holes to line up. Final tightening brought everything into place.

But what worries me is having had to be pretty forceful, is there now a risk of the EGR pipe cracking when the engine heats up, or will it "relax" when warm and ease the strain?
