HI all , I have a 1.9td ABL that starts great from cold but after driving for 30mins or so and stopping it does not want to start again.
It turns just wont fire , After a few mins it will start .

Any ideas please ? The temp sensor of the cluster is working as I have read something about this

Leak in fuel supply.
Pipes can expand when hot and allow air in.

Hot engine will run as the few air bubbles do little, but when trying to restart, you end up trying to suck air into the pump.

Don't know your engine/filter setup, but on the 2.5 TDi there is a section of clear pipe between filter and pump where you can check for bubbles.

Hi , no bubbles that I could see .

Check your leak off pipes for wetness and the end blanking plug for cracks
