Phoned MVM last week for a front cab mat for my T4...

It was the one with a VW logo in the centre which isn't on the website, spoke to Mark and he said no problem leave it with me...

Got a call from mark yesterday saying all done and it arrived promptly today.

This is the second mat I have had from these guys and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. A:

I ordered one today for my t5, it should arrive Monday. All ive heard is is praise and good things about these mats, can't wait to get it. Don't know who I spoke to on the phone when I ordered but the guy was very helpful and nothing was a problem !!

Not always the case i am afraid.

Ordered about £300 worth of stuff from MVM guy was helpful on the phone, it arrived but the guide and cleaner was missing, which they sent out. When i got these i went to start the job and the roller was not supplied for the sound deadening mats, emailed them and got a rude reply saying I should have checked it so its my fault!!

My thoughts are maybe they should have checked the order before they sent it out, but oh well some people can never accept responsibility for their mistakes.
