Hi.

So I've got the glass, and I'm all set to cut big holes in the doors... but just wanted to check the procedure of fitting windows into the barn doors. Is it the same as the side windows...?

If anyone has done it... info would be good. There doesn't look like there will be a lot of the outside lip left for the glass to bond to? A pic of the hole with no glass in would put my mind at rest!

Ta, Dan.

Same procedure as the side windows follow the natural line, then you will need to remove the bonding between the inner and outer panels and dress down the outer one before you reglue them. This way you will have a factory edge on the inside and the glass will sit flush. Hope thats of some help.

Brilliant, thanks. Any tips for removing the bonding?
I believe you don't need a window edging seal for the rears?

Just out of interest, how much would you charge for fitting them... I already have the glass?
