Fitting T5 side bars (swb)

Help! Father Christmas has just delivered me some sexy looking side bars from powy leisure off eBay. However there were no instuctions to fitting them? What's the general way to fitting them? All I have is bag of nuts and bolts, 2 chrome side bars and 2 support beams. Any feedback would be gratefully received? :*
