The original and best factory fitted pop-top conversion in very good condition. We have owned it since 2014 (only 4 previous owners since new) but reluctantly are selling now that the kids are getting too old and cool for camping.

Main features:
  • 2 full seat belt rear seats/rock and roll bed on rails - can be moved right forward to transport big items
  • both front captain seats swivel round
  • rugged, unstained cactus upholstery (normally covered)
  • collapsible 4 person table stowed under rear seat
  • integrated compressor fridge (mains/battery)
  • 2 ring camping gaz hob
  • on board separate fresh and waste water tanks with electric tap
  • lots of practical cupboard space, cubbies and wardrobe
  • pop-top with double mattress and waterproofed canvas material in great condition
  • integrated leisure battery and mains hookup with standard 3-pin socket and USB ports
  • Sony CD player stereo with extra rear speakers (works from leisure battery and van battery). Aux input (and original iPod if you have one!)
  • integrated control unit showing battery level, water levels, fridge temperature etc.
  • full set of original, black-out fitted curtains in excellent condition (removable)
  • tow bar (though never used by us)
  • professionally fitted awning rail
  • Fiamma 4 bike rack
  • rear reversing sensors
Mechanically, the engine is super reliable and has been well maintained and regularly serviced. Loads of receipts and service history in two binders.
  • MOT'd until 25/8/20
  • Full service completed May 2019 and front shocks replaced since then
  • 165K miles. Not huge for this age and type of vehicle. Less than 5K per year in our ownership.
  • Is used daily for short commute and taken for longer stretches regularly to keep everything running well

In the spirit of full disclosure, here are the few, minor bad bits:
  • a few surface rust spots and bubbles in the usual places (sills, seams, arches) but nothing major (see photos). All arches were professionally treated two years ago and a single patch of structural rust was cut out and welded.
  • the kitchen window leaked slightly at the seal with the van and I have temporarily fixed with bathroom sealant. It's not pretty but is effective.
  • the Webasto space heater stopped working last winter. I'm sure that it is repairable but have been too tight to get it done, preferring to use a fan heater and sites with mains hookup.
Extras included in the sale:
  • Outwell Paradise Road drive-away awning (as in photos)
  • Set of suction fitted thermal blinds (keeps you cool in summer, warm in winter)
  • Thule levelling blocks
  • Snow socks, just in case (never used!)
