So how do you fella's do it? we have now lowered around 10 vans and the front end is not gettin any easier?? (unless its a T32:ILU:) we are using a bottle jack through the hub to jack the strut up, but theres so much tension still on it, or stripping the drive shaft & bottom ball joint etc and dropping the whole lot off, so whats your prefered method? any v-dub techies out there??

Just done my T32 today and it was pretty simple, didn't even know there was any difference between T28 T30 T32 on the front end. Ah well learn something new every dayT:
Just out of interest what are the differences?

When the strut clamp bolts on the t28 and t30 are removed is the lower part of the strut grooved to allow easy re-alignment of strut to hub when refitted

When I did mine I put the spring compressers on first
when the strut was still on the van, made it a lot better,
I've got some quite slim ones from screwfix of all places!!!
