My Gas bottle has just run out this weekend, a 4.5kg butane...thing is, now do I change it to a red propane one now the colder weather is nearly upon us....been told propane copes better in the cold, do I need to do any mods to swap it over from blue to red..???

nothing special about it

just change the regulator ( for one suitable for propane )

propane freezes at a lower temp. i use it all year, im prity sure it burns hotter too, you will need a different reg, if yor on calor they dont charge for changing type of gas,
