oil change tomorrow got my filter but dont know which oil is best? or how much any advice please, its for a 2.4 non turbo

I use 10w/40 oil. Just carlube stuff for me as it gets done every 5k and magnatec etc gets a bit pricey when you're servicing it 5 or 6 times a year!
