I have replace my rear passenger calliper and rear pads.
Since then my brake pedal goes hard after one press which will go back to normal if I continue driving but when coming to a stop its 1 chance or I have pretty much no brakes..
New brake servo and master cylinder in the last year..
I have bled the brakes (would be spongey if air was in there?)
Help! As got MOT next week

even though changing one caliper I trust you did both sets of pads as different make pads on one axle can have different efficiency and cause bad braking balance between wheels.

As Nick says re brale pedal, I'm sure you did at least put your head under the bonnet to check and refill the brake fluid when bleeding the new caliper in., so might have accidently dislodged the vacuum pipe and broken a seal.
