Just done an awesome trip down south covering 1200 miles! The T4 did it with its eyes closed. The only problem I had was changing gear. When I got up to the running temperature of the engine the gears where very very hard to in-gauge. On first start up they are easy to in-gauge. Its almost as if the clutch isn't dis-in-gauging properly? You can select the gears but it takes some brute force to get them in.

Have you got any ideas what it could be?

had this problem in my last T4, turned out that some grease was needed at the linkage. Take the rubber cover off at the bottom of the gear stick and apply some grease to the linkage. Used WD40 initially but is to thin and doesnt last for long. There is a runner strip that guides 1st and 2nd, this was dry. more grease required, hope this helps :ILU:
