I've got one at home in my flat and it is huge! It has the footprint of a "normal" sized fridge, just obviously not as tall.

Unless I have read this wrong as its difficult to find tech specs for it, its 230W, so divided by 12v this will draw 20amps, so if you have a 110AH battery it wont last 10 hours, possibly nearer 8.
The only small fridges I know of that you can get away with inverter use are these
http://www.minifridgesuk.co.uk/smallfridge/dometic_ds200_minicooler.htm
As they are only 65w and have LED lights inside to help draw less current.
65 divided by 12 is about 5.5 so sould last 3-4 times as long, my mate runs his in the day and turns it off at night as its well insulauted and stays cold, so lasts longer
I happen to have two brand new ones in the garage I could sell cheap???? (£65 each)
