Hi,

When I start the engine the heater fan works on 1,2,3 & 4 and then after about a minute it just turns itself off? won't come back on either even with restarting the engine, very strange, any suggestions as to what maybe wrong with it?

At a guess it's the bearing running short on oil - remove the fan & try some oil on the bearings.

Do it now, before it seizes up completly, burns out & relieves your wallet of around £200.
