Hi chaps,
On the way home last night I just put my my 2.5 petrol (auto) velle into cruise to sit back and relax, however, moments later the engine cut out and the revs dropped off until I came to standstill.
Anyway I tried to fire her back up and the engine turned over nicely but then immediately cuts out.
Any help on where to start looking would be really appreciated. :gl

EDIT :
so I jumped her off just now and it fired up straight away and stayed running.. so I expected it to cut out once i'd taken the jump leads off.. but it kept running.. great.. but..
The idle is up and down, only a few revs but obviously this aint right.. so anyone any idea now on whats causing this?

Engines warmed up and idle is now normal.
