whats the easiest way of changing my glow plugs i cant get at them????

If its a 1.9td remove the front grill (everything from bonnet to front bumper except lights) and bonnet shutter then the whole radiator will lift up and drop forward giving you access to them. You can leave all hoses etc attached as they are designed to move with it.
