Hi.
Can someone please tell me if there is any adjustment on the rear axle of a t5 to stop the tyre waring very badly on the outside.

Yes the rear arms have a adjustment, worth checking the bushes for wear and then getting a full proper 4 wheel alignment to also check rear toe too
