Lots of people will tell you GTD nozzles are bigger/better etc etc.
If you spend a lifetime on google you will still not find conclusive yes/no that they are a bigger nozzle than the 1.9 (im guessing ABL uses 293s). Lots of experts/bench racers have opions that appear to be formed from chinese whispers on the forums.
I have not found one person/forum who has listed the actual nozzle sizes. Numerical listing/title isnt the nozzle size.
The only conclusive/tested evidence i can find is a yank whom appears to know his stuff stating he has tested 293s (ABL/AAZ type nozzles) against GTD and states you cannot tell any noticeable difference in performance on same engine.
You will read "i put in a set of GTD nozzles and it really woke my car up" you replace any stuffed set of nozzles and it will wake it up. I recently swapped out a set of single stage 293s for a recon set. Properly set up with correct breaking pressure and unworn nozzles giving good/correct spray pattern etc.Any new nozzles will be an improvement.
Contrary to popular belief , 'banging in' a set of nozzles takes a little more than following an internet 'how to'. I paid ÂŁ100 for a fully recon set including new bleed off hose and flame traps.
