Hello All.

I'm about to start wiring in a very basic Leisure battery set up with the battery under the drivers seat and fuse box and other items under the single passenger seat. I'm a bit confused about the use of a BusBar and where i should locate it.. any recommendations ??
I'm initially thinking it should be located next to the fuse box under the seat

I've put the vsr under the bonnet, and the leisure battery and fuse box under the drivers seat, no need to put anything under the other seat. I used one of these:

Exactly, the only thing you need under the bonnet is a big fuse in the cable close to the battery.

Put it where it will be convenient to access, same for the fuse box. If your conversion is going to be done over several months you don't want to keep getting under the seat. Sometimes it is better located centrally in the furniture for example.

What VAN type is it ?

I have a 2013 Caravelle - and found a nice big "Live" cable under the passenger seat "Factory" fitted, I intended to fit the battery under the driver seat, but it is now sat under the passenger seat, bit of a tight fit but much easier the running cables everywhere.
