I have brought a 2.5l transporter van and found out that I need a new engine as there is a problem with the piston. Does anyone have an engine for sale or know of a place to get a recondition one as I don't want to just get anyone and have problems with it. I know it is all a gamble.

If you are looking for a replacement engine you need to know which engine you have - AXD/AXE ect - they are not all intrerchangable.

They are the same engine, only turbo and ECU file is different.
BNZ and BPC are also the same base engine, but NOT the same as the AXD and AXE
