There was a trader in Camper Mart that had LED lightbars, various sizes, the widest one had a slight curve to it, that one was about £100 if I remember. I cant remember his trader name, I've had a look at Camper Mart's trader list, but can't see a name that rings a bell. He's at a lot of the shows, specialises in all things electrical, head units, reversing cameras, TVs etc..
Maybe someone else might comment and remember :*

Looked at doing this a while for exactly the same reason as you Linesy . T:

A mate of mine has one of the front of his car and it's awesome performance but it's a cheap Chinese one and does tend to suffer with condensation .

Reckon you're right with 37" and slimline so it's not too in your face and also isn't blocking too much airflow .

My plan was to stealthily mount it just behind the grill to make it more aesthetically pleasing but the knock on effect of that is the shadowing of the grill itself .

Curved will be sweet so long as its not too dissimilar to the curve of the bumper .

Looking forward to seeing how you get on.

Started install but ran out of light , how ironic is that......anyway went with deeper higher power (1260w) curved bar.....so far so good, just got to fab brackets and install wiring loom....awsome power, like a summers day when switched on !T:

The 1260W rating must surely be an "equivalent" rating, not an actual one???

If it's the real rating, I hope the wiring and switchgear can take the strain!

Ah, ok - so probably around 20 Amps I guess - which should be around the same input power as 4 halogens. Be interesting to hear how well they throw light forward - it looks as though each LED element has its own lens/reflector assembly built-in?
