Hi all,

am very new to T4 so apologies if this is asked all the time.......
Have just bought a set of 19inch rims for my 2.5tDi LWB van, and have been trying to work out how far I can go without turning it into a skateboard like ride? After reading up around the web I'm really confused. Some say don't lower on 19's and other info I've found has said upto 60mm?
I want heavier duty springs as the van will occasionally car 400-500 kgs in the back.
Any advice on what to do (shocks, springs, lowering plates etc) and what/where to buy i'll be grateful!!

Thanks in advance.

I used to run 19s and lowered 70mm but itl rattle your teeth out plus your rims take a hammering(cracks).....iv now gone back to 18s and now on eibachs springs(55mm lowered) and the rides miles better......
