Has anyone cut down the two seater Lycksele?

I would need to take about 5cm out to get a fit in my van and was wondering not necessarily how easy this would be but how professional a job could be done of it.

Any feedback welcome :)

Cheers

Because I have a narrow row of cupboards in mine. Need to narrow it by 30-40mm.

Just bought this on ebay - 30 quid including matress :)

Insanely, off from Cornwall to Surrey tomorrow to collect it. A new one with matress is 200 - nearest Ikea is Bristol, 60 in fuel. This one including fuel will be home for 100. Crazy, but it makes sense.

£200? only paid £138 for mine a couple of months ago, do Ikea alter prices from store to store?
I am not sure. The base frame is definitely 70 now, the "middle" mattress is 100.

The Lycksele package with the cover is now 200.

Prices are definitely up.

Maybe I had a cheaper mattress, still comfy enough for Mrs Bunter and myself, and we don't come light!

I would of thought a bed was more important than storage in a camper? obviously if you can get both its a bonus but personally i would re do the storage fit ya bed and go camping... Will be gutted when youve only got a tiny bed to sleep on, how much really can you get in those skinny units anyway?!. Just my opinion I:
By the way is that vinyl or laminate on the floor? Cheers T:
