My van has just turned 214000 miles but still goes like stink and gives me 39.9 mpg 2.5tdi got to love them but thinking of getting a people carrier for new job as will be doing about 1000 miles a week dont think paddy rat will be up to that what do you guys think and anyone got a people carrier for sale

Hi. A Transporter engine normaly goes for many miles, I saw a ex taxi 2.5 53 reg for sale on ebay with 535000 miles. The main thing is the running costs and how good your engine is now. The other thing is how much will you lose selling your T4 and then buying a people carrier. A tricky chose, all the best on finding the right answer.
