Hi Guy's, I'm wondering if anyone can help me.....

I started my T4 a couple of day's ago all was well then drove to work. Got back in after work and it was running like a dog!

Anyway I plugged it in to vcds and found a few fault codes, Sorry about the 'screen shot'

So today I started to trace all the wiring, With all plugs on the 109 relay (pin 87 12V+) plugged in every thing and it was shorted out. So I unplugged all the sensors on said wire. Works out that the (g149) sensor has ground out? (modulating piston sensor??) Has anyone else came across this problem?

Also can the sensor be replaced or do I need a new diesel pump unit??

Many thanks in advance, Stuart.

Hi Guys, I'm starting to really struggle now with this.:* Can anyone recommend a company that could recon my pump for me?
I'm still getting these codes....

17971 n146 lower limit reached
17762 g149 modulating piston movement sensor electrical malfunction
17571 g81 fuel temp sensor short.

I've checked all the wiring and that is fine.

Many thanks Stuart. T:

Ping me a message. Can do pumps but not the cheapest of bits to go wrong.

I can get it on a tester and report back before working
