No seatbelts built in mate no, But have headrests etc.

Tonic, they slide forwards and the back fold down to meet the rear section and make a full size double bed.

I've just taken my Generation seats out too.
2 captains on VAG pedestal swivels.
full bed set up (runners, all the mounting doodars) back shelf bit, belts.

Can't recommend the Multivan II captain seats highly enough !
I regularly drive from Rotterdam->Berlin->Calais in one day (over 1000 miles)

And I regularly suffer from a bad back, but I can do that drive without any pain or discomfort at all, did it a couple of times on standard captains seats in my old van and it was a very different story

And the Cali Swivel bases are the icing on the cake too.
