Hi all

Just got my first ever t4 and am starting a conversion, only got it yesterday and have lined and insulated it, today is cupboard build and electrics day. The creator thing I need advice on is if to put a leisure battery in or just go for hook up?

If you want to go 'stealth camping', leisure battery would come in handy. T:

Gareth, when you bring the van for the aviation headlining, we can fit you a split charge, leisure battery and 240v hookup if you still need it, also i have managed to order the lime green for the seat inserts to match the piping.

Been a while had the van about three months now done the follows

insulated and linned the cab headliner
painted door cards
Painted centre dash lime green
refurbed and painted alloys in gloss black
painted front and rear vw badges
fitted units and worktop
RnR bed upholstered and fitted (almost done needs kick board) by evolution camper interiors (spacesaver bed gives lwb feel to swb van)
240v hookup fitted

jobs to do

rear headliner and insulation.
splitcharge and leisure battery
paint dash
get kick boards fitted
Table kit
new front seats
DRL's
a little bit of painting outside the van

so hopefully by this time in the next millenium it will be done lol. Always a work in progress as its built not bought.

latest pic of RnR bed ( please ignore mess under it)
