Hello all.

After a long time thinking about it I decided to get a T5.
Went for a panel van to put my own touches.
The van started its life as an RAC van for 5 years before I got it.

The van - 2.0tdi 140 Swb with 157k.

The plan - spend all my money ?

Here are a few pics before I got it and some before the work started.

When I got it

Then I started removing the old stuff.

And today March 2017

The interior is going to have a big revamp with new interior and seats. Will add the list later on when I have full details and pics.
But already found out that money goes quick on these.

Thank you. I have to admit the van is a great cruiser wth the 6 speed box.
Just need to get the interior done so I can use it with the kids.

Well, a lot of time has passed on and forgot to update my little project.

Last update was in March 2017. In April 2017 I took the van to Absolut5 who did the the work on the rear, speakers, windows and fitted my kombi seats.

A few months later I replaced the standard 16” with a set of 17”.

Around 2018 i made a few more changes. This time added some wheel arches covers a set of 18” Sportlines and some decals.

After the van really needed to be lowered and I really wanted a set of b14’s. But some unexpected bills stopped me from doing them until December 2019.

For 2020 I really fancy a new set of wheels, get the seat covers replaced with a decent trim.

Hi. Not my plan. It was hard enough to get into many car parks and hated the soft/bus like ride/handling.
B14’s are a dream and don’t want to change that, apart from maybe a set of 19”.

I remember doing the suspension on our van and it transformed something that was really clumsy and wallowy into something that was actually nice to drive.
What 19's do you fancy?

I really like the veemann v-fs39 but only the 20” are load rated for my t32.

Looking at rotiforms kps in Matt/grey finish or the Six.

Think black wheels don’t suit my van at the moment, just too much black at the mo.

Great! Not much out there that I really like. I only got the sportlines because they were good value and had brand new tyres. Will see what happens.
