picked my t5 t30 1.9tdi up on saturday !

i did a few bits to it there will be few more pic tomorrow (and better pics)

it was a work van so it had shiity old racking



so it had to go !!

I took all the trim off round were the bulk head bolts go and after that I got out the grinder and attacked it !!

Next step is paint the trim black and refit !

Did a bit of work today !!

Put a bit if paint on where I grinded off the bulk head brackets !

Then I decided to paint the number plate panel

And took the badge off painted to but no pics yet

Also paited the grill mat black and I did one mirror white !

to do next!

-finish painting wing mirrors
-strip out the back
-insulate and sound deaden as best i can
-start to retrim the back !!

Bit work dun tonight !! Cut some gussets for under the floor

And then cut the new skin for the floor
And also a start to the seating !

The lining carpet and spray glue arriving tomorrow

Also I have mat black vinyl going on the roof
Next weekend !

did some more work today i mad all seating for the back and started to line it with wood !

getting ready to start lining the back out with carpet !!
