hi guys, i am a newby here and am converting my first van. i have fitted and connnected my Smev 9222 today and have managed to ignite the gas as per instructions but when i release the button after a few seconds the gas cuts off. i may be a little blonde of hungover but cant seem to see what i am doing wrong. any help would be appreciated JimT:

You're probably releasing the gas control too early - just keep the (gas ring) button depressed a little longer and it should hold the flame
