Hello Emil from Sweden here. Bear with me if there are some grammatical errors.

I have a problem with my VW T5 2.5 TDI 130hp AXD.

It started when I lost turbo boost completely at low speed. Over 2000rpm I got a little boost.
I knew that the turbo was a bit poor and leaked oil.

So I changed the turbo but the problem persisted.

VNT actuator goes on and off at idle and you can feel I'll go on and off at low rpm up to about 2000rpm. VNT are not stuck but moving as it should.

It turns on and off every two seconds approximately.

It started with the on and off thing after changing the turbo.

After 2000rpm car behaves as usual.

Things that are new and changed before the turbo change is:
N75 valve
fuel temp sensor, BTW this caused poor idle and hesitation, as many have trouble, A tip to check up.
engine block water temp sensor
boost pressure sensor
MAF sensor

Even checked the diesel oxygen catalyst if it was blocked - it was clean.

I had off the Intake Manifold also to check that it was not clogged - it was not.

So has anyone any tips on what can cause this problem.

Regards Emil

Oh, I forgot. The EGR i blocked and clean. I have not cleared any fault codes yet. I don´t have access to the WABCOWÜRTH computer at the moment.

Can old fault codes be causing problem maybe?
