I'm going to insulate the back of the new T5 Kombi and am looking at both pure wool Thermafleece and the PB20 blend.

I note that Thermafleece claims good sound insulation but nothing on the blend.

Does anyone have experience of both / either and could advise?

Main issue at the moment is that the pure wool comes in 10M2 packs which I think is about twice what I would need.

I used the recycled bottle stuff from B&Q. i found it more than up to the job and very easy to work with. I took two rolls to get it all done and that was more than i expected ;)

I plumped for the B&Q blend (£15 a roll) in the end. Took off most panels today and found that there is a small amount of packing in there already, AND some kind of Dynamat stuff on the roof and walls in strategic places.

So, we've stuffed a few places and I'll see how it works out. Just got the front half of the roof, front doors and tailgate not done so far.

Used just over one roll, so got two to take back!
