I'm new to this so apologise in advance for such a silly question 'cos I aint got no idea :* and it's probl'y on the forum somewhere already.. but it's just so big!! - Which way do you turn the torsion bar nuts to raise the suspension?:confused: Clockwise or anti-clockwise?

Thanks.. thought it was, but needed clarification afore I tried.. gonna raise it a bit to see if it stops the 'clunking and knockin' noises!

Wire brush the threads before you turn it and get plenty of lube on there,i usually wind it up a bit then wire brush it agian before winding it down.Be sure to take the weight off the front end before you begin

Good tip.. thanks.. Is there anything special to bear in mind when having tracking/alignment checked/adjusted? I think I read sumwhere that camber must be done first?

and is there anywhere in the Newport/Cardiff/Valleys area who specialises in doing the front end geometry checks/adjustmentson T4's? - sumone who knows wot they is doin'!
