My rear bolts will not shift at all, regardless of heat, ring spanner n hammers, big breaker bars or scaffold tube. We took my mates off by grinding the bolt heads off, the calliper will then just pull out, you get the remaining bolt out with either a large stud extractor tool or grind a slot and use a large flat screw driver. Then just replace with new bolts, got mine £10 a pair VW OE, from a supplier in Swansea
