Hey Guys,

I've noticed that my rear HVAC (Delphi) thermostat servo has not been working. It seems to do a slight movement (up, then down) but this is not linked to me adjusting the temp on the dash - it even does this when the engine is off. I've seen a few threads with a similar issue but never a solution. I've removed the servo, cleaned and checked it and all works fine, leading me to believe it's an electrical issue. I read somewhere that there may be a connection to the side door soft lock - I disconnected mine. So not sure if this is causing it as I can't find any further information on this.

For reference, it's a 2007 LWB Kombi.

Any help much appreciated...i'm stumped! :*

Hello , I’m new to the forum . It seems I have a very similar issue , I could hear the servo clicking without the van running . It looks like it has overshot its travel and is now having a spasm every 10 seconds or so .
did you manage to solve your issues ?
