See pics below. Comes with two seat belts (long ones, which you need) and two seat belt retainers (although only one visible in the pictures) also has the covers for the feet and the rollers to mount it on the rails.
All you need to get is the rails. Long or short depending on what you want to do. You can get them on ebay
