i was wondering if i take the rears suspention shims out the van would it cause any problems ?

You may want to Double check That!!! I replaced mine with the smaller ones and the spring started to cut it's way through the bodywork

OOOOPS thanks for posting that, Chris, been on springs only for thousands of miles now. Will be gingerly takin' a real close look very soon T:

I've just lowered my rear suspension and i got 5mm shims from

They feel as tough as originals but will see in a few thousand miles:ILU:
